Duties Loan servicing accounting and bank reconciliations Perform periodic internal audits Mindfully engage with your internal Gantry team daily as we work collaboratively towards deadlines Assist in compliance with relevant loan documents, lender requirements, and company policies System processing and loan boarding Extend exceptional customer service to all clients Experience Bachelor's degree required; preferably in accounting, business administration, or related fields Proven loan administration experience in the commercial real estate or finance industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products Excellent internal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments while maintaining high standards of customer service Adept at swiftly adopting and utilizing new technology Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to contribute their expertise in mortgage servicing while supporting a compliant, client-focused environment.
