Job Description

High-Autonomy Opportunity for Experienced Texas Escrow Officers Texas Title Edwards Law is a boutique real estate law firm and fee title company located in the heart of Rockwall County. We are seeking an experienced, Texas-licensed Escrow Officer with an active book of business to lead and grow our escrow department. This role is designed for a motivated escrow professional who wants:

You will have the unique advantage of working alongside a real estate attorney with decades of experience on-site , providing immediate legal support and a higher level of service than traditional title companies. Base Salary:
$45,000
  • Monthly tiered production bonuses
  • Unlimited earning potential
  • Compensation structured to reward producers
  • Minimum production expectation of only 5 purchase closings per month Top-performing escrow officers can realistically earn $150,000+ annually .
Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial escrow transactions from open to close Prepare and review Closing Disclosures and Texas-specific closing documents Review title commitments, surveys, and coordinate curative work Balance files, initiate wires, and ensure timely funding Serve as primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Maintain and grow referral relationships and book of business Participate in business development and local networking Qualifications Active Texas Escrow Officer License Proven escrow closing experience Existing book of business or strong referral network preferred Proficiency with:
  • RamQuest
  • Qualia
  • Microsoft Office Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Schedule & Benefits Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday:
