This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building relationships, guiding clients through the home financing process, and generating consistent loan production. You'll work with a wide range of borrowers, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, delivering tailored mortgage solutions that fit their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Originate residential mortgage loans by developing relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners Consult with clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products Manage the loan process from application through closing, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and market trends Generate self-sourced business through networking, marketing, and community involvement Ensure all files meet regulatory and company compliance standards (NMLS, RESPA, etc.) Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships and repeat business Qualifications Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain) Proven experience in mortgage origination or a strong sales background Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan products Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively High level of integrity and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Established referral network of real estate professionals Experience with CRM and loan origination systems (LOS) Track record of consistent loan production Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential Access to a wide range of loan products and competitive pricing Marketing and lead generation support (if applicable) Processing and underwriting support to streamline closings Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options depending on location) Why Keystone Mortgage Group?
