What You'll Do:
Prepare and circulate requested transaction information to agents. Obtain HOA documents, order payoffs, and review files for missing items such as insurance, inspections, tax certificates, and bills. Collect instructions, amendments, and additional documentation required for closing. Schedule closings with all parties and coordinate mobile notary services as needed. Build and enter settlement statements into RamQuest and secure required approvals. Prepare mail-out or email packages for buyers or sellers and ensure all required documents for disbursement are in place. Balance files, receipt funds, process disbursements, and prepare wire requests after funding approval. Communicate with all transaction parties and collaborate with curative teams to resolve Schedule C issues. Provide final file notes to Escrow Support Services after funding.
What We're Looking For:
