Job Opening:

Mortgage Loan Officer Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotions and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
• Make marketing calls on existing customers, potential customers, and other real
• estate professionals.
• Originate all mortgage loan types.
• Underwrite all mortgage loan types.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred and a minimum of 5 years banking experience or equivalent is required. Must be people oriented with the ability to maintain good working relations with customers, realtors and other real estate professionals. Knowledge of loan products, software technologies, underwriting requirements, and overall knowledge of the origination process. Specific computer knowledge and skills are needed: Encompass, Blend, CRM Marketing System, Outlook, Navigator, Windows 10, Word and Excel. Ability to work well under pressure and handle numerous tasks at one time are a must. Qualified applicants must successfully pass a credit and background check to be eligible for employment.
