Responsibilities:
Consult with homebuyers to understand their goals and identify suitable financing options Explain mortgage products and loan programs clearly and accurately Collect, review, and organize borrower financial documentation Guide clients through the mortgage application and loan process Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and real estate professionals to keep loans moving efficiently Maintain timely communication with borrowers and referral partners Help ensure a smooth, timely, and positive home financing experience Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
