Mortgage Loan Originator Executive Mortgage #271650 Green Bay, WI Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications MLO License Teamwork Mortgage lending Process improvement Schedule management Attention to detail Full Job Description Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Executive Mortgage | Green Bay, WI Full-Time | Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Executive Mortgage is looking for an experienced, established Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to take the next step in their career with a locally owned brokerage built around competitive compensation, modern technology, strong processes, and a team-first culture. We aren't looking to teach someone what a mortgage is. We're looking for an experienced Loan Officer who already understands the business, knows how to build relationships and serve clients, and wants a platform that can help them become more efficient, more competitive, and more profitable. Why Executive Mortgage? Executive Mortgage is a locally owned mortgage brokerage focused on creating an exceptional experience for borrowers, referral partners, and our team. We are highly process-driven and detail-oriented , while continuously investing in technology, automation, and better systems. For an experienced Loan Officer, that means fewer unnecessary obstacles, strong operational support, competitive compensation, and a company that is willing to improve the way it works. We want our Loan Officers spending more time building relationships, advising clients, creating opportunities, and originating loans — and less time fighting inefficient systems. What We Offer Highly competitive Loan Officer compensation Compensation structure designed to reward production Broad access to wholesale lenders and mortgage programs Experienced processing and operational support Modern mortgage technology and workflow systems Process-driven pipeline management Health insurance benefits 401(k) / retirement benefits Flexible, locally owned working environment Direct access to company ownership and decision-makers Collaborative team environment Opportunity to influence company systems and processes Technology and automation designed to support production rather than create unnecessary work Our Values At Executive Mortgage, our values aren't simply words on a wall. They influence who we hire, how we communicate, how we serve clients, how we solve problems, and how we measure success. See The Potential We believe possibility is all around us. For a Loan Officer, that means looking beyond the immediate transaction and recognizing the potential in people, relationships, referral partners, and opportunities. We value Loan Officers who are willing to cultivate relationships over time instead of focusing only on the next closing. Meet People Where They Are Every borrower has a different story. Great Loan Officers understand a client's goals, concerns, experience level, financial situation, and expectations before recommending a solution. We want Loan Officers who can educate without overwhelming, advise without pressuring, and communicate in a way that makes sense to the individual client. Build Trust Through Care Mortgage clients trust us with one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. We earn and protect that trust through honesty, empathy, communication, accuracy, and follow-through. The same expectation applies internally. Strong communication between Loan Officers, processors, leadership, referral partners, and clients is essential to the way Executive Mortgage operates. Improve What Matters We don't believe in doing something a certain way simply because that's how it has always been done. Executive Mortgage continually evaluates our technology, processes, communication, and client experience. We value Loan Officers who identify problems, communicate ideas, embrace useful technology, and help us make the mortgage process clearer, easier, and better. Technology should support great Loan Officers — not get in their way. Create Security Our clients should feel confident that someone is paying attention to their loan. Our referral partners should feel confident that their clients are being taken care of. And our employees should feel supported by the people around them. We expect our Loan Officers to create that sense of security through preparation, communication, ownership, and consistency. Production Matters. How You Produce Matters Too. We want successful Loan Officers. But production alone isn't enough. The right person for
Executive Mortgage:
Takes ownership of their business and pipeline Communicates proactively Follows through on commitments Treats borrowers, referral partners, processors, and coworkers with respect Pays attention to details Embraces technology that improves the process Looks for solutions instead of simply identifying problems Contributes to the success of the team Understands that reputation and relationships are built one transaction at a time We believe strong production and strong culture should reinforce one another. Who We're Looking For This position is specifically intended for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who can transition into the role with a minimal learning curve.
The ideal candidate:
Has previous residential mortgage origination experience Understands the mortgage process from application through closing Has experience developing and maintaining referral relationships Communicates confidently with borrowers and referral partners Is organized and detail-oriented Takes ownership of their pipeline Works effectively with processors and operational staff Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems Values accountability and proactive communication Wants to continue growing their personal production Understands how excellent service generates repeat and referral business An established referral network or book of business is strongly preferred. That allows us to move quickly. If a process isn't working, we can change it. If technology can eliminate repetitive work, we want to use it. If a Loan Officer has a good idea, they don't need to send it through five layers of management. We're continually improving systems for pipeline management, borrower communication, processing, referral follow-up, and internal workflow. At the same time, we recognize something important: Technology should make a great Loan Officer better — not turn the Loan Officer into a data-entry employee. Our goal is to give experienced Loan Officers the compensation, technology, operational support, flexibility, and environment they need to perform at a high level. Already Producing Somewhere Else? You don't have to be actively searching for a new company to have a conversation with us. If you're producing loans but wondering whether your current company is providing the compensation, technology, support, flexibility, or opportunity it should, we would be happy to have a confidential conversation. Sometimes the next step isn't changing what you do. It's changing where you do it. Qualifications Previous residential mortgage origination experience required NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license or ability to meet applicable licensing requirements Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working in a technology-driven mortgage environment Commitment to ethical lending practices and excellent client service Alignment with Executive Mortgage's company values
