What you'll accomplish:

• Deposit and scan community checks in a timely and accurate manner
• Mail or scan completed closing documents for community record retention
• Provide clerical support to Resale Disclosure Team
• Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary What we're looking for:
• Excellent customer service, positive attitude, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
