What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the funding held offering process, ensuring all stages run smoothly. Verify funding packages for accuracy, meticulously checking income documentation, contract details, and vehicle values. Reconcile loan application data with system entries, promptly resolving any discrepancies. Ensure all necessary documents, signatures, and approvals are complete before funding. Accurately input contract and VIN information into our systems. Collaborate with dealerships and credit unions to resolve issues and finalize funding. Adhere strictly to internal compliance guidelines and regulatory standards. Work across teams to resolve processing hurdles and ensure timely funding. Escalate complex discrepancies and provide valuable process feedback to leadership. Maintain exceptional professionalism in all communications, both written and verbal.

Who We're Looking For:

High school diploma required 1-2 years of experience in credit union or loan processing (OLS experience strongly preferred) Solid understanding of lending procedures High attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
