• Bilingual to join our team at our Jacksonville location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the closing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all closing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of the closing process to ensure smooth and timely closings. Review closing documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in both English and Spanish. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to closings. Train and support closing staff as needed. Ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements throughout the closing process. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless transaction flow. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience in closing management, title, escrow, or related fields. Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with closing software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
