Lendmarq is searching for a detail-oriented & organized professional to support our team in our Servicing & Asset Management Department. This role involves managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communication, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions across the organization. This is a great opportunity for any candidate looking to further their knowledge of real estate lending while gaining exposure to loan operations & servicing functions in a collaborative environment.What You'll Do:
Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process. Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone. Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases. Process and submit draw requests in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities. Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training will be provided; not an immediate requirement). Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires. Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field 1-3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or a related field. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. High attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in Single Family and/or multi-family real estate lending preferred.What We Offer:
