Experienced Title Processor / Closer We are seeking an experienced Title Processor/Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience handling all aspects of real estate closings from contract to closing.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing title commitments, lien searches, surveys, estoppels, and payoff statements. Clearing title requirements and preparing files for closing. Preparing seller documents, closing statements, and closing packages. Coordinating with lenders, realtors, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. Funding and disbursing transactions. Conducting closings and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Previous title processing and closing experience is required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and business attire are required. Excellent customer service skills. Compensation will be based on experience.
