include but are not limited to the following: Run and process client files in the production environment accurately and within established processing timelines. Review and evaluate incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and processing readiness. Troubleshoot file errors, warnings, rejected records, and other processing exceptions and determine the appropriate resolution. Communicate with internal departments regarding file issues, processing requirements, new formats, and timelines. Ensure import files are processed in a timely manner to meet all established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. Document and maintain import instructions, processing procedures, and other departmental documentation. Provide support and cross-train on departmental staff duties as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to troubleshoot electronic file and data processing issues. High technical aptitude, including proficiency with Excel, Word, and other computer processes/programs. Ability to learn and work with proprietary systems, file formats, and data-processing applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven production environment. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Willingness and ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and company holidays.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
