Description:
Responsibilities Order appraisals, title work, flood certificate, all supporting documents. This also includes correspondence with the title companies and appraisers Correspond with insurance companies to get EOI (Evidence of Insurance) before the closing date Complete reviews of appraisal and UCDP reports Prepare loan documentation including but not limited to modifications, credit report authorizations, and extensions Complete verification of employment prior to closings Assist with customer service including phone calls and online messaging Process payoff requests Assist with collection correspondence and tracking Assist with indexing and reviewing loan files to Synergy Assist with processing draw requests Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of general banking operations and lending procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation and records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and banking software systems. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent. One year of banking, lending, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience. Preferred Associate degree in a business-related field. Previous loan operations, loan processing, loan servicing, or documentation experience. Familiarity with core banking and document imaging systems.
