Loan Production Partner

We are looking for a highly skilled loan partner to join our top-producing team and work alongside our loan officers. Compensation:

$45,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc. Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service Review borrower income, credit, and assets to determine loan eligibility Structure mortgage scenarios and run

approvals Guide borrowers through the loan application process Collect and review documentation to ensure loan readiness Communicate with borrowers regarding documentation and next steps Prepare files for processing once a borrower goes under contract Serve as the primary contact for borrowers during the application, pre-approval, and contract phase Work closely with the Loan Officer to ensure successful loan structuring Maintain excellent communication with borrowers and referral partners

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment as a mortgage loan officer assistant or similar position Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred 2+ years of mortgage industry experience preferred Experience reviewing income, assets, credit, and AUS findings Familiarity with DU / LP automated underwriting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment NMLS license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) About Company Erron Saucier is a Regional Manager at Canopy Mortgage.
