Job Description

As a Mortgage Lending Assistant at Embers, you are an essential part of our mortgage lending team, responsible for supporting the daily operations that help move mortgage applications from start to finish. Your role is centered around communication, coordination, and accuracy—ensuring that files are complete, taxes and insurance are paid, and all stakeholders remain informed. By delivering consistent follow-through and excellent member service, you play a key part in providing a smooth and stress-free mortgage experience for our members.
