Nomura's Whole Loan Midde Office team is within the Operations / Middle Office group.

Role Description:

Familiarity with high volume mortgage products in the Whole Loan space RTL

• Residential Transition Loans / 'Fix and Flip' Non QM
• Non Qualified Mortgage NPL/RPL
• Non-Performing / Re-performing Loans SBC
• Small Balance Commercial REO
• Real Estate Owned Assets Exposure to and knowledge of: Servicer remittance processing Loan Repurchase/EPD identification and processing Excel Reconciliations Knowledge of below is a benefit: MERS application LMS
• Loan Management Platform E-Notes Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: 1+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in finance or similar Experience working in a trading environment and supporting whole loan trading desk Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills Strong organization skills and ability to adapt easily to the different functional needs of the business as it evolves Strong MS Office skills
