This position is responsible for processing and tracking life insurance, annuity, and junior loan applications and making sure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. This is an administrative and client-support position, not a sales position. Responsibilities Process and review life insurance, annuity, and junior loan applications Review documents for accuracy and completeness Track applications and follow up on outstanding requirements Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, lenders, and financial professionals Obtain missing information, signatures, and documentation Maintain accurate client and application records Manage multiple applications and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates with recent experience as a Junior Loan Processor or Escrow Officer Assistant. The skills developed in these roles— document review, managing files, gathering information, following up on outstanding items, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with clients and professionals —translate extremely well to this position. Prior life insurance, annuity, or junior loan experience is not required, but prior experience in a similar administrative, document-processing, lending, escrow, or client-support role is a plus. We will train the right person on the application and processing. We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and professional A strong communicator Comfortable working with detailed documents and computer systems Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A strong team player with excellent follow-through Why Join Us? Compensation:
