• Partner with Loan Officers to guide borrowers through the mortgage application process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth borrower experience.
• Collect, review, and analyze required loan documentation to support loan approvals.
• Assist with income calculations, asset reviews, and documentation validation.
• Manage mortgage applications from pre-application through post-application stages.
• Update and maintain loan operating systems and application records.
• Work within a structured pipeline environment, managing a portfolio of approximately 45-60 active loan applications.
• Prioritize tasks and assignments through a personal work queue while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients daily via phone and virtual channels to obtain information, answer questions, and move loans forward. Qualifications
• Preferred
• Mortgage, real estate, banking, lending, or financial services experience.
• Experience reviewing financial documentation and supporting loan-related processes.
• Also Considered
• 1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
