- Mortgage Loan Processing/Support About the Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded mortgage team where you'll play a key role in helping borrowers navigate the home loan process from application through approval.
- Partner with Loan Officers to guide borrowers through the mortgage application process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth borrower experience.
- Collect, review, and analyze required loan documentation to support loan approvals.
- Assist with income calculations, asset reviews, and documentation validation.
- Manage mortgage applications from pre-application through post-application stages.
- Update and maintain loan operating systems and application records.
- Work within a structured pipeline environment, managing a portfolio of approximately 45-60 active loan applications.
- Prioritize tasks and assignments through a personal work queue while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients daily via phone and virtual channels to obtain information, answer questions, and move loans forward. Qualifications
- Preferred
- Mortgage, real estate, banking, lending, or financial services experience.
- Experience reviewing financial documentation and supporting loan-related processes.
- Also Considered
- 1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills.

- This is a Contract position based out of Winchester, VA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
