The Lease Processor II is responsible for verifying and processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete before funding.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies.
- Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete, accurate, and reflect proper approval authorities, specifically Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and ensure the accurate calculation and correct disclosure of federal-mandated fees.
- Inspect the lease package documentation for any suspicious or fraudulent information.
- Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.
- Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, vehicle registration, driver's license, residence, and insurance coverage.
- Inform the manager of discrepancies in the contract package or verification of information and note the file.
- Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
- Follow up with Dealership, Sales team, and other internal partners to resolve all non-compliant funding issues via Dealer Chat, email, and Inbound/Outbound Calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies Required:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a loan/lease processor in auto funding.
Education:
- High school diploma and/or GED.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
- Strong analytical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent verbal, reasoning, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Excellent planning, leading, and problem-solving skills.
