In this vital role, you will support escrow officers by facilitating smooth title processing from initiation through closing. Your energetic approach will help maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, and efficiency, contributing to successful closing transactions for our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop industry knowledge and enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist escrow officers with preparing and reviewing documentation, including disclosures, title reports, and closing statements Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to facilitate timely processing and closing Maintain accurate records of escrow transactions, files, and communication logs using Qualia software Support title origination processes by helping to prepare initial disclosures and assisting with the closing intake Monitor closing progress to provide excellent customer service throughout the process Qualifications Prior experience in title processing, underwriting, or mortgage servicing is highly preferred Knowledge of the title and closing processes Familiarity with mortgage documentation including conventional loans, FHA/VA loans, and compliance with loan regulations such as TRID and TILA Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and report generation Excellent internal communication skills for collaborating across teams and maintaining client relationships Join us in delivering exceptional title solutions by supporting our clients through every step of their homeownership journey.
