Based on qualifications and experience This position is responsible for providing mortgage loan processing, closing and servicing support to the Loan Department. Works directly with loan personnel, preparing loan documentation and providing superior customer service. Understand and comply with laws and compliance regulations that pertain to specific job-related activities.- Maintain confidentiality of customer account information; ensure that all customer files are updated and complete with the proper documentation and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.
- Responsible for ordering credit reports, appraisals, flood, verifications, title commitments and private mortgage insurance.
- Communicates with customers, title companies, attorneys, and realtors as needed.
- Ensure that all conditions and requirements for loan closings have been met.
- Process loan closing and distribute appropriate funds to customers, title companies, attorneys, etc.
- Process withdrawn and/or denied loan applications.
- Responsible for follow-up and filing of electronic loan documents. Accountable for organizing closed loan files for document review.
- Assist with responsibilities related to loan servicing (i.e. insurances, property taxes, mortgage satisfactions, etc…)
- Bank Security and Compliance training required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Promote the Bank through public contact with area businesses, trade and community groups.
- Work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time as job demands.Mental Requirements:
Basic math competency/problem solving ability.Working/Environmental Conditions:

Personal computer, calculator, telephone, scanner, fax machine, and copy machine.Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
- MortgageBot experience preferred
- Prior mortgage or loan experience preferred
- Computer literacy with knowledge of a Windows environment
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines, without loss of productivity and quality
- Ability to identify & respond to frequent changes in priorities
- Effective written, oral and organizational skills
