In person All are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a reputable hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. ## Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct them appropriately
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times ## Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
