In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing front desk activities, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our high standards of guest service while supporting smooth hotel operations through the overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently via multi-line phone systems and in-person interactions, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all overnight activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and audit documentation. Monitor security through CCTV surveillance and conduct routine safety checks to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. Assist with late-night reservations, modifications, or cancellations using hospitality reservation systems; communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages if applicable. Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and confidently in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring a secure environment for all. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems is essential. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle client interactions professionally during late hours. Previous hotel experience is preferred; candidates should demonstrate a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 30.0 per week
