Job Description

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Compensation:
$12.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred About Company Modern accommodations and friendly service in Jasper! We are a 65-room hotel here right off the interstate. We are owned and operated by Five Rivers Hospitality. We offer part-time & full-time positions.
