Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial reporting through the night audit process, and deliver outstanding guest services during nighttime hours. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will help create a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining operational excellence. Duties Manage late-night front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct the nightly audit process to verify all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems like OPERA Respond promptly to guest requests or issues, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations Maintain security protocols by monitoring surveillance systems and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, addressing guest needs efficiently Enforce hotel emergency procedures when necessary to ensure safety and compliance Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations, especially night audit procedures Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving capabilities Experience in front desk operations, hotel management, and resort environments preferred Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Exceptional phone communication skills, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism Ability to manage guest relations proactively while maintaining operational accuracy during overnight shifts
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
