Job Summary The Days Inn by Wyndham Conway is looking for an individual to fill our night audit position the shift is from 11 pm to 7 am. This position mainly consists of night hours. The ideal candidate will represent our hotel in a professional manner, provide excellent customer service, and enjoy assisting our guests at the front desk. Looking for someone responsible, dependable, and must have customer service experience. You will need to have a High School Diploma or

Responsibilities and Duties Answering phone or email inquiries. Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Maintain and clean the lobby and bathroom as needed. Communicate all pertinent shift information to the General Manager and other desk staff. Breakfast set up and help with leftover laundry. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills. Must have sound judgment and discretionary skills and be able to work with little or no supervision. Understanding of how to use software/Computer. Must have Customer Service orientated. Weekends and holidays are required. We do criminal background checks and are a drug-free workplace.
