Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours. This vital role combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk overnight. Your energetic and professional approach will help create a positive atmosphere, foster guest loyalty, and uphold our high standards of hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction. Conduct night audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, updating reports, and balancing accounts accurately. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting routine safety checks. Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests. Document incidents or irregularities thoroughly in shift reports to ensure clear communication for the next team. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with guest relations, hospitality standards, and security procedures within a resort or hotel setting.
