The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in computer systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings, demonstrating strong calendar management skills. Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies. Utilize Google Suite for various tasks including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed. Support medical receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in/check-out processes. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Google Suite applications and familiarity with phone systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience with data entry and attention to detail is essential. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required. Ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment while providing outstanding customer service.
