Compensation:

16.00 - 17.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours About Company Where timeless classics are woven with modern details.
