In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle reservations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that keeps guests satisfied and property operations running smoothly through the night. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OnQ or similar platforms. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and reservations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via multi-line phone systems and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Maintain detailed records of daily financial transactions, room occupancy, and incident reports to ensure compliance with hotel policies. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs proactively. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially OnQ or PeP. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective client communication across diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations best practices, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette in handling guest inquiries or complaints.
