Check guests in/out and assist with overnight inquiries. Respond to team messages on WhatsApp in a timely manner. Complete laundry during the shift. Review all guest messages, reviews, and questions before the shift ends, including any red-banner items on all sites. Run cards as reservations come in, including virtual cards, rather than waiting to process them in bulk. Monitor safety and security concerns. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security as needed.

$17.00 per hour
