Full-time, overnight shifts required Job Description As part of the White Stallion Ranch Front Office team, you are a key part of maintaining a smooth and organized guest experience overnight. While guest interaction is more limited than daytime roles, you still represent the ranch during late arrivals, early departures, and any overnight guest needs. A calm, professional, and welcoming approach is essential. The Night Auditor ensures all daily activity across the ranch is accurately reviewed and reported. This includes auditing guest activity such as activities, bar drinks, spa services, and general operational reports. The focus of this role is on reviewing and organizing information rather than processing or reconciling payments. In addition to reporting, the Night Auditor supports front desk operations by answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions, and helping coordinate services. This role is also responsible for scheduled airport transfers, safely transporting guests to and from the airport in a timely and professional manner. The front desk serves as a communication hub for the ranch. Overnight, this role helps prepare clear and accurate information for the incoming team, ensuring departments such as wranglers, activities, housekeeping, and kitchen staff have the details they need for the day ahead. As a family-run business, teamwork is essential. Night Audit staff may assist with light front desk duties, internal record keeping, and preparing the office for a smooth transition into the next day's operations. Job Requirements Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field Exceptionally professional and reliable demeanor, especially during overnight hours Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities Clean driving record and valid driver's license Comfortable driving guests to and from the airport Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems Basic math and data review skills Ability to multitask while handling guest needs and reporting duties High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Simple IRA retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO)
