Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial transactions, and deliver exceptional guest services during the night shift. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a safe, welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining smooth hotel operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in or out efficiently using hotel management software. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest inquiries and internal communications. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Prepare detailed shift reports, including guest incidents, maintenance issues, and financial summaries for management review. Assist guests with requests related to guest services, local information, or special accommodations to enhance their stay. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while handling guest relations with hospitality expertise. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred. Knowledge of hotel management systems or software is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically and efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation. Experience in resort environments or hotels with a focus on hospitality excellence is advantageous.
