Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the front desk, managing guest accounts, and providing exceptional guest services. This role requires strong organizational skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Multilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational efficiency. Duties Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions and guest accounts Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports for management review Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with staff Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight shifts and adhere to safety protocols Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest information in hotel management systems Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse guests Previous night audit or night shift experience in a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the hotel brand This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team while providing exceptional service to our guests during overnight hours. Pay:
