Hotel Night Auditor

Best Western Plus Inn at the Vines is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide outstanding guest services during the night shift. Your energetic approach will help maintain our reputation for friendly service and seamless hospitality. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare detailed financial reports and reconcile daily revenue using hotel management systems Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly, professional attitude Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services Monitor security cameras and conduct safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety Handle phone calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns efficiently and courteously while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Requirements Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel accounting procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and demonstrate strong phone etiquette Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and hotel safety protocols Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor to be the cornerstone of our overnight team!
