# Evaluate patients and create treatment plans to improve daily living and motor skills. # Provide therapy exercises and activities to help patients regain independence. # Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed. # Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques.

License:

Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of CA.
