Your role is vital in ensuring seamless guest experiences, accurate financial reporting, and maintaining the safety and security of our hotel. As the first point of contact for late-night guests and staff, you'll combine hospitality expertise with sharp attention to detail to uphold our high standards of service and operational excellence. Duties Oversee nightly operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Maintain accurate records of all guest accounts, reservations, and billing details while resolving discrepancies promptly. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests, staff, and hotel property. Respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests via phone or in person with exceptional customer service problem-solving skills. Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure transparency and accountability. Assist with late-night reservations, modifications, or cancellations using hospitality reservation systems and uphold phone etiquette standards. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience. Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential for maintaining a secure environment. Exceptional communication skills over the phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple responsibilities confidently. Previous experience in night audit roles within hotels or resorts is preferred; a background in hospitality reservation systems is advantageous.
