Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing essential accounting tasks.Responsibilities:
- Conduct the night audit process efficiently and accurately
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Manage reservations and assist with guest inquiries
- Ensure the security of the property during the night hours
- Perform accounting tasks, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotels, front desk, or hospitality roles
- Proficiency in using phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
