Full Job Description Description:
Towneplace Suites-Downtown SD•is seeking a PT/Temporary Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service and ensure financial accuracy during overnight hours. This position is responsible for reconciling daily revenue, preparing reports, completing overnight audit procedures and serving as the primary guest service contact and Manager on Duty throughout the night. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently and enjoy helping guests, we'd love to have you join our team! How You'll Shape the Experience Conduct daily overnight audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards. Reconcile daily revenue, cash receipts, and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely deposits. Prepare and review required daily reports. Verify and follow up on guest wake-up call requests. Reset front office systems and operations in preparation for the upcoming business day. Serve as the Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during overnight hours. Operate the hotel PBX telephone system during the audit shift. Greet, assist, and respond to guest requests in a welcoming, professional, and timely manner. Handle overnight guest concerns and take appropriate action to maintain guest satisfaction. Participate in front office meetings, training sessions, and other hotel initiatives. Communicate important information and operational issues to the incoming shift. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, dependable, and reliable work ethic. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns. Previous hotel, front desk, or night audit experience is preferred.
