Full Job Description Night Houseperson:

Responsible for: Delivery of guest amenities, special requests and assistance with guests luggage. Checking in/out guests Washing and folding of linen in the Laundry Room Perform other miscellaneous jobs as requested by managers, supervisors, and or night auditor. Inspecting and tidying of entire lobby, guest entrance, 2nd floor public restrooms. Must be hospitable to our guests and other hotel employees.

Relief Night Auditor:

Serve our guests at the Front Desk while providing the highest level of service possible. Efficient and courteous at all times Run end of day reports Manager on duty during over night shift Operate the hotel's PMS system, make same day reservations, and apply adjustments or charges as needed Cash handling and credit card processing Correct discrepancies and balance night audit worksheet Have knowledge of all hotel operations, including all room types and amenities. Assist with all guest questions and inquiries applying the best hospitality and customer service.

From $28.00 per hour
