The position performs seamless guest arrival and departure processes, handles all requests, issues and inquiries in a thoughtful gracious and prompt manner. The night auditor reconciles guest billing, balances daily charges and generates daily financial reports. The night audit adheres to Company standards and accepts other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

1-2 years hotel front desk experience is required, night audit experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required A positive, service-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a team, Good Attendance, punctuality, and communication skills are a must. Flexible availability is a plus weekends and Holidays are required - hotel is opened 365 days, 24/7.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to transport up to 40 lbs Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout the shift

1-2 years Night Audit experience in a boutique or luxury hotel
