As a hotel night auditor, applicants need to have a positive, productive demeanor to support the hotel's front and back office including: Accurately complete all audit work including balance of posted cash, hotel revenue, and credit cards Complete all daily revenue reports and alert management of all discrepancies Contact on property security as needed to handle disturbances Do property walks throughout the shift Minor maintenance related to guest rooms Receive and route incoming calls in an efficient, friendly manner Accurately post charges to guest accounts Efficiently check in or check out guests as needed Be knowledgeable on hotel safety , security, and emergency procedures Maintain the security of guest room and administrative keys Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary company information, including but not limited to, hotel performance statistic, information about clients, prospective business, hotel financial information throughout and after employment by the hotel Other duties assigned by management
