Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, managing front desk activities, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while upholding the highest standards of hotel management and guest services. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth Manage hotel reservation systems or other property management systems (PMS) to update bookings, cancellations, and guest information accurately Conduct nightly audits to reconcile financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management review Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently through phone communication and in-person interactions, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Monitor hotel security protocols and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and property protection during the night shift Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance to address any overnight issues promptly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hotel best practices Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone or in person Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us as a Night Auditor where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
