Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the front desk during nighttime hours, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that keeps guests satisfied and operations running seamlessly through the night. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as needed Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and guest relations Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying reservations, and preparing financial reports Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling, billing, and incident reports Monitor security footage and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment Assist with front desk operations such as managing reservations, updating guest profiles, and coordinating special requests Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism Exceptional attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record keeping Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine brightest at night!
