Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions using hotel management systems such as Ligthspeed to ensure accuracy and completeness. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and respond swiftly to any emergency situations or disturbances following hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to maintain accurate records. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests and resolve any outstanding issues. Maintain phone etiquette and operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests and staff effectively during overnight hours. Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, particularly in night audit roles. Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is a plus. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
