Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle multi-line phone systems and guest communications efficiently, providing exceptional customer service through clear phone etiquette and attentive client communication. Monitor hotel security and safety procedures, including emergency protocols, to ensure guest safety and property protection. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to facilitate seamless handovers to daytime staff. Address guest concerns promptly by applying customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring guest satisfaction remains a top priority. Support hotel management by assisting with reservation adjustments, billing discrepancies, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest safety regulations. Excellent phone communication skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone etiquette. Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred; experience in hospitality reservation systems is a plus. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
