This role is ideal for a candidate who is well-versed in hotel front desk operations , comfortable working independently during overnight hours, and committed to delivering excellent guest service while ensuring the accuracy of daily hotel operations. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally Answer phones, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner Perform nightly audit procedures and ensure daily transactions are accurate and balanced Review guest accounts, payments, postings, and folios for accuracy Prepare and distribute required Night Audit and operational reports Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Systems & Operational Responsibilities Operate within hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Lightspeed. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles accurately Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate guest folios Handle Corporate Lodging (CLC) reservations and billing (preferred) Understand rate plans and assist with walk-in sales and upselling opportunities Complete Night Audit procedures accurately and within required timeframes Identify and correct discrepancies before completing the daily audit Qualifications Prior hotel front desk experience required Night Audit experience preferred Marriott experience preferred Strong working knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards Experience with PMS systems and hotel software Familiarity with CLC or direct billing accounts preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during overnight hours Comfortable handling guest concerns and operational situations with minimal supervision Schedule Full-time position

• 7:00 AM Weekend availability required Must have reliable availability for overnight shifts Additional Information This position requires a team member who is dependable, professional, and capable of managing overnight front desk operations with minimal supervision.
