Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during overnight hours. This energetic role combines meticulous financial and operational audits with warm guest interactions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. As the Night Auditor, you'll oversee front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain hotel records—all while fostering a positive environment that highlights our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver memorable stays around the clock. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property for staff and visitors. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, processing billing adjustments, and managing multi-line phone systems. Promote a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills in a multilingual or bilingual environment. Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong background in night audit procedures within a hotel or resort setting. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with front desk functions, guest services, and hotel management software systems. Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality standards including phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations best practices.
