Overnight / Relief Coverage La Quinta Inn & Suites in Brunswick, GA is seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Relief Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. This is a part-time overnight position designed to provide coverage for our regular Night Auditor's days off, vacations, call-outs, and other scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working independently overnight, and able to provide excellent guest service while accurately completing nightly hotel procedures. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional service to overnight guests Check guests in and out of the hotel Answer phones and assist with guest questions and requests Process reservations, payments, and incidental charges accurately Complete the nightly audit and reconcile hotel transactions Review reports and identify or correct discrepancies Maintain accurate cash and credit card records Prepare required reports for hotel management Respond appropriately to guest concerns and overnight situations Monitor the lobby and front desk area and help maintain a safe, professional environment Communicate important information to the incoming morning shift Follow La Quinta/Wyndham and hotel policies and procedures Perform other front desk duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependability is essential — overnight coverage requires someone who can consistently report to work as scheduled Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently with limited overnight supervision Basic computer and math skills Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle guest information appropriately Previous hotel front desk or Night Audit experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong customer service and cash-handling experience Must be available for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Why Join Our Team?
